The 2026 Executive Forum is just around the corner!

We're thrilled to announce this year's Executive Forum, themed 'Honoring the Past, Shaping the Future,' will kick off on February 8th and end on February 10th at the JW Marriott Charlotte in Charlotte, NC. We will host a Welcome Reception on the evening of Sunday, February 8th, setting the stage for a productive and engaging forum. The event will conclude on Tuesday, February 10th, with a convenient grab-and-go breakfast.

Charlotte Douglas International Airport

Rideshare (Uber/Lyft): You’ll get directions about Charlotte Airport pickup points directly in the app. Door D is the CLT pickup location. Rideshare pickup signs might also be available at Charlotte Douglas International Airport.
Estimated travel time to the JW Marriott Charlotte hotel is approximately 20 minutes depending on traffic conditions (Uber Site).
Taxi: Fixed fare of $35-$45 to JW Marriott Charlotte.
Estimated travel time is about 15 minutes.

Join us for golf in Charlotte!

Join us for an optional golf outing at the Executive Forum in Charlotte, NC! The outing will take place at the Springfield Golf Club on Tuesday, February 10, immediately following the conclusion of the forum. Located in Fort Mill, South Carolina, Springfield Golf Club is approximately 25–30 minutes from downtown Charlotte and a similar distance from the airport, making it a convenient option for those interested in extending their time together after the event.

Green Fees: $75 per player
Club Rentals: $55 per set
Projected Tee Time: TBD (Frost delays could push to 10:00 AM or later)

Frost delays are common that time of year, and tee times may be adjusted accordingly.

We will monitor the weather closely and will confirm final plans closer to the event. Participants will have the opportunity to confirm or reconsider up to three days prior so everyone can make an informed decision before traveling to Charlotte.

Additional course details and day-of logistics will be shared with registered golfers in advance of the event. We look forward to seeing you there and sharing this exciting event together.
