Track to Success Mentor Program

Helping Members Grow and Succeed in the Railway Industry

The Track to Success Mentor Program is a new initiative by ARDA that aims to connect new members with experienced professionals in the industry. Our goal is to provide a supportive environment where mentees can learn, grow, and build meaningful connections that will help advance their careers.

The program is a two-way street: mentors have the opportunity to share their knowledge and give back to the community, while mentees can seek advice, guidance, and networking opportunities. Together, we’re building a stronger, more connected railway industry community.

Program Benefits

Whether you are a mentor or a mentee, the Track to Success Mentor Program offers numerous benefits that enhance your professional development and contribute to a vibrant ARDA community.

Mentors

As a mentor, you have the chance to share your knowledge and help shape the future of the industry. Your guidance can make a lasting impact on a new member’s career while strengthening your own professional skills.

  • Enhance your leadership and communication skills.
  • Expand your professional network by connecting with other mentors and industry leaders.
  • Make a meaningful impact by guiding someone’s career path.
  • Give back to the community by helping shape the next generation of professionals.

Mentees

As a mentee, you have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, gain insight into the industry, and develop valuable relationships that can help advance your career.

  • Build your network within ARDA and the broader railway industry.
  • Gain valuable insights and advice from experienced professionals.
  • Accelerate your career growth with personalized guidance and support.
  • Access exclusive learning opportunities and resources.

How the Track to Success Mentor Program Works

Once you express your interest, we’ll match you with a mentor or mentee based on your professional background, areas of expertise, and interests. The initial introduction will take place via email, and from there, you and your mentor or mentee can decide the best way to connect. This could include virtual meetings, phone calls, or even in-person interactions at ARDA events.

Pairings are typically made within the first month of a new member joining the program. Our goal is to create strong and lasting relationships that support professional development and industry engagement.
