The 2027 Executive Forum is just around the corner!

We're thrilled to announce this year's Executive Forum, themed 'Interlocking Value: Connecting ARDA to AI,' will kick off on February 3rd and end on February 5th at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort in Orlando, FL. We will host a Welcome Reception on the evening of Wednesday, February 5th, setting the stage for a productive and engaging forum. The event will conclude on Friday, February 7th, with a convenient grab-and-go breakfast.

Orlando International Airport (MCO)

Orlando International Airport is approximately 20 miles from the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort. Travel time is generally 25–35 minutes, depending on traffic.

Rideshare (Uber/Lyft): Uber and Lyft are readily available at Orlando International Airport and provide direct transportation to the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort. Rideshare pickup locations vary by terminal, so attendees should follow the directions provided in their rideshare app. Visit the MCO rideshare information page.
Mears Connect: Mears Connect offers shared airport transportation between Orlando International Airport and Walt Disney World Resort-area hotels, including the Swan and Dolphin. Advance reservations are recommended. Visit the Mears Connect website.
Taxi: Taxi service is available from Orlando International Airport for direct transportation to the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort. Fares and travel times vary based on traffic and pickup location.
